You have the option for same day delivery if the order is made before 9:30 am of said day. If an order is made after that time you can expect your package to be delivered the next day. You also have the option of selecting a date and time in which you would like your package to be delivered.
We deliver to every parish in Grenada. Whether it be your workplace or your home.
Our rates range from $25 to $44. It depends on the distance although we can guarantee you will not pay more than that for delivery.
If no one is able to sign for your package we will simply try to deliver your package to you the next day or a date of your choosing at an additional cost of $15. If not successful you will have to option to collect it yourself at our storage facility.
We do not leave packages at doorsteps there must be someone there to sign and receive the package
This is no problem just enter your freight forwarders invoice number and type 0 in the amount field and you will only be charged the delivery fee
If you enter the wrong amount different actions would be taken to rectify this issue. If the amount you entered is less than the bill you will be contacted via phone to charge your card the remaining amount.
If you entered typed in a figure that is larger than your bill you will be refunded the money that is above the total amount.
Simply contact 420-2951 or email admin@packagesprint.com to request a refund. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
If you have any issues or did not receive your package we have ways in which we can help investigate potential issues. You have up to two weeks to raise an issue of delivery with us.
We take a picture of every house we deliver to. These pictures are deleted after two weeks. We also require customers to state their name before we hand over a package.
